Conditions: This affected credit offer is reserved for private individuals (natural persons of legal age) residing in France and holders of a French Visa and MasterCard bank card with a validity date greater than the duration of the financing chosen. Cards with systematic authorization, in particular of the Electron, Maestro, Nickel type, etc., as well as e-cards, Indigo and American Express cards are not accepted.

Subscription terms: After completing your order, simply select the payment method “Financing in X installments by credit card”.

You are then redirected to the Oney web page, our partner, displaying the detailed summary of your order and the personalized financing request, which you must then validate and sign.

You enter your personal information, you read the general conditions of the credit to which you wish to subscribe which are provided to you in PDF format so that you can read them, before accepting them. You then notify your acceptance by electronic signature.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Oney constitutes proof of all transactions between you and Oney.

If you request to benefit from a financing solution offered by Oney, the information relating to your order will be transmitted to Oney, which will use it for the purpose of studying your request for the granting, management and credit recovery. Oney reserves the right to accept or refuse your financing request in 12 installments by credit card.

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days to cancel your credit.

How it works: Financing in 12 installments by credit card allows you to pay for the order placed on our Site as follows:

• a mandatory contribution, debited on the day of confirmation of your order corresponding to 1/12 of the order.

• a staggering of the rest of the amount of the order over the number of remaining monthly payments,
