ORDERS AND DELIVERY

You have two options:

  • Immediate secure payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard)

Bob is designed in 220-230 V. The manufacturing standards are also different. Another version of Bob will be developed soon for your country. Stay tuned!

We will keep informed of the departure of the first expeditions, but in any case the carrier will not return Bob to the factory, the package will be deposited in a post office.

CONNECTIONS

You have 2 solutions:

  1. You can choose to connect Bob to a water supply like a traditional dishwasher
  2. You can choose to use its built-in water tank (working without water supply connection)

Like a coffee machine, from the front.

There is a sensor in the tank that alerts you by an audible signal when the tank is full.

A 1.50 meter long water inlet hose is available as an option from Bob’s product page.

Yes, a 1.50 meter drain hose is included in your order when you purchase Bob.

The drain hose measures approximately 1.50 meters.

Bob is equipped with a drain pump and a drain hose.

You can place this hose directly in the sink, in a bucket or jerry can, or in a waste water outlet.

The maximum height of the drain point is 1m20.

The power supply cable measures 1.50 meters.

Yes, it is possible to lock your Bob with the Daan Lock anti-theft system. This lock is sold as an option when you order Bob.

WASHING PRODUCT AND MAINTENANCE

We recommend that you do an empty cycle once a month, and clean the heating disk with a damp cloth.

We recommend the use of tablets for long cycles or liquid dishwasher product.

According to the European standard, Bob is a 2 place settings dishwasher.

According to the use, it is about the daily dishes of 2 people: 

  • 4 to 6 plates
  • 4 to 6 glasses or 4 to 6 cups or 4 to 6 bowls
  • 1 small saucepan or frying pan
  • Knives, forks, spoons

The EXPRESS cycle being very short (only 20 minutes), you can launch several EXPRESS cycles throughout the day, and modify the basket configuration according to the type of dishes to be washed.

The knives, forks and spoons are placed in the cutlery module which can be positioned in different places of the main basket, according to your needs.

Bob is made from injected polypropylene, it is a recyclable material.

More than 50% of Bob’s parts come from recycled plastic.

Yes, Bob is the first dishwasher with an automatic door opening at the end of the cycle. This allows natural drying in minutes, without consuming energy.

WARRANTY AND REPAIRABILITY

Bob is subject to European guarantees: he is guaranteed for 2 years.

We provide Bob with repairability for 10 years after the date of purchase, which means 8 years after the legal warranty.

The parts of the machine will be available on our website at cost price (shipping not included). You can repair your Bob yourself by opening it at the back very easily.

If you want to repair your Bob during the warranty period it will make the warranty fail. If as a result of your intervention Bob does not work anymore we will not be able to take charge of his repair for free.

ENERGY AND WATER CONSUMPTION

Bob operates only in 220-230V, but it is possible to use it in motorhomes equipped with an inverter of at least 1000W.

Bob consumes 0.35 kWh/cycle, energy class A.

4 amps. Maximum power 1000W.

Bob consumes 2.9 liters of water per Express cycle, 5 times less than a hand wash (15 liters for the same amount of dishes).
